AC Monza Set for US Ownership: Fininvest Completes Sale, Galliani Stays

Football News

AC Monza is set to have American ownership, with Fininvest selling its stake while Adriano Galliani remains involved. This development follows a statement from the club announcing that Fininvest S.p.A. and Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) have signed an agreement today for the sale of 100% of AC Monza`s share capital to BLV. The deal includes an initial transfer of 80% of the shares by summer, with the remaining 20% to be transferred by June 2026.

Until the final transfer, Fininvest will retain representation on the club`s Board of Directors, proportionate to its remaining stake. Beckett Layne Ventures, based in the United States and led by Brandon Berger, operates as a financial partner and strategic advisor for companies in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.

The BLV team, along with its partners and advisors, including Mauro Baldissoni (who held a senior position at AS Roma for several years), possesses extensive experience in professional sports, with a specific focus on European football.
