Arsenal is reportedly looking to significantly increase their efforts to sign a player who has also been in direct contact with Liverpool. This development comes as the player`s agent was recently back in London.

Liverpool has engaged in direct discussions with Hato, a fact that Ajax is aware of.
However, Arsenal are also strong admirers of Hato and recently made contact with his representative.
It now appears that Arsenal is intensifying their pursuit of the Dutch defender. According to reports from Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari, the Gunners are aiming to “burn off competition” for his signature.
Hato`s agent was reportedly “back in London in the last few hours,” which aligns with Arsenal`s push to finalize a deal for the player.
Chelsea, another Premier League club, has also been mentioned as a potential suitor for the talented Ajax defender.
The situation now hinges on whether Arsenal can gain an advantage over their rivals and quickly secure an agreement to bring Hato to the Emirates Stadium.
Last season, Hato made a total of 50 appearances for Ajax, including eleven matches in the Europa League.
