Premier League club Chelsea is reportedly showing interest in Barcelona`s first-team goalkeeper, Marc-André ter Stegen.
Ter Stegen has recently been a prominent name in discussions surrounding his future at the Catalan club. Reports have suggested that Barcelona officials are contemplating moving on the long-serving number one.
The recent arrival of Joan García is understood to have potentially made Ter Stegen somewhat surplus to requirements at the Camp Nou. While Barcelona is reportedly concerned by the current lack of firm offers for the player, interest from Chelsea has surfaced this week.
The London side, having previously transferred Kepa Arrizabalaga and with Robert Sanchez currently holding the starting spot, is said to be evaluating the possibility of pursuing the German international goalkeeper.
