Several clubs in the Bundesliga are reportedly keeping an eye on Kai Havertz`s position at Arsenal, according to reports from BBC Sport.
It is understood that the Gunners are looking to strengthen their attacking options during the current summer transfer window. Their primary target is said to be Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyökeres.
In addition to Gyökeres, RB Leipzig`s Benjamin Šeško and Newcastle United`s Alexander Isak are also considered potential recruits for Mikel Arteta`s side. Šeško, in particular, has been a target for the Premier League club for some time.
Consequently, the potential arrival of a new central forward at Arsenal could significantly alter Kai Havertz`s role at the Emirates Stadium in the upcoming season.
The 25-year-old German international`s current contract runs until 2027. While a transfer this summer is not anticipated, speculation suggests that a move back to the Bundesliga could be arranged in twelve months` time, possibly for a lower fee.
However, it remains unclear which specific Bundesliga teams are interested in potentially signing Havertz from Arsenal.
