Leopold Querfeld, a defender for Union Berlin, has officially been named the winner of the 2024/25 Bundesliga Goal of the Season award.
Querfeld found the net only twice throughout the past season, but his truly remarkable finish from roughly 30 yards during an exciting 4-4 draw against Stuttgart was deemed a worthy recipient of the prestigious Goal of the Season accolade.
The Union player`s stunning effort triumphed over significant competition for the award, surpassing impressive goals scored by notable contenders such as Harry Kane and Benjamin Šeško.
