Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano reports that Celta Vigo`s promising young player, Fer López, is on the verge of completing a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.
The deal, valued at over €20 million for Celta, could be finalized as early as next week. According to Romano, a verbal agreement is reportedly close, and the 21-year-old midfielder has already agreed personal terms with the English club.
López gained prominence during the latter half of the recent season with Celta, making 17 appearances and scoring twice. His performances evidently caught the attention of Wolves, who have identified him as a primary summer transfer target.
