Portuguese top-flight club Estrela da Amadora has officially completed the signing of Brazilian central defender Luan Patrick. The move sees the 23-year-old join the club from Italian side Hellas Verona.
Patrick has put pen to paper on a contract that will keep him at Estrela da Amadora until 2028. He arrives as the club`s thirteenth new acquisition of a remarkably busy transfer window ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
While the defender spent the last season in Italy with Hellas Verona, he did not feature in any senior matches. His career prior to this included spells at prominent Brazilian clubs such as Athletico Paranaense, Bragantino, and América Mineiro. A significant highlight in his development was being part of the Brazilian squad that won the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2019 – a promising credential, though perhaps not recently demonstrated on the field.
