Barcelona defender Jules Kounde recently shared his feelings about being on holiday while the FIFA Club World Cup is currently underway.
Taking to social media platform X, the French international highlighted the demanding schedule faced by many teams still involved in competition.
“There are teams whose season started in mid-July 2024… it`s now July 4, 2025, and they are still playing… It`s so nice to be on vacation,” Kounde wrote.
The 26-year-old footballer had a busy 2024/25 season with Barcelona, featuring in 53 matches across all competitions. During this period, he scored 4 goals and provided 8 assists for his team.
