Tottenham could face competition from North London rivals Arsenal in the pursuit of Crystal Palace`s Eberechi Eze. The midfielder is reportedly valued at £68 million.
Arsenal`s sporting director, Andrea Berta, is understood to have held discussions with the 26-year-old player`s representatives. Eze currently has two years remaining on his contract with Palace.

The 27-year-old forward is said to be open to leaving the Portuguese champions during the current transfer window, following a prolific season where he scored 54 goals in 52 appearances.
Elsewhere, Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite is reportedly close to agreeing a new contract with the club.
The 23-year-old has attracted significant interest from several Premier League and Champions League clubs, including Tottenham and Chelsea. However, Everton have reportedly been firm in their stance against selling Branthwaite this summer; he still has three years left on his current deal.
Napoli will reportedly need to make a substantial financial commitment to secure Darwin Nunez from Liverpool. The Merseyside club is reportedly seeking a transfer fee of €65 million, potentially rising by up to €5 million in add-ons.

RB Leipzig are reportedly keen on signing Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott.
Finally, Fulham are believed to be pursuing a deal for Brazilian striker Romulo, who currently plays for Turkish Super Lig side Goztepe.
The 23-year-old recorded 17 goals and provided ten assists last season. Marco Silva’s side reportedly made an offer of £13 million, which Goztepe is said to have rejected, valuing the player at a minimum of £17 million.
