According to a report by Philipp Hinze for Sky Germany, RB Leipzig and Valencia defender Cristhian Mosquera have successfully reached a verbal agreement concerning a potential transfer.
It is understood that the club from Saxony and the young centre-back have negotiated and agreed upon terms for a long-term contract.
While the final agreement between RB Leipzig (also known as Die Roten Bullen) and Valencia is still pending, an official offer from the German club is reportedly anticipated in the near future.
Previously, other major Bundesliga clubs, namely Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, had also been monitoring the Spanish U-21 international`s situation. However, neither of these teams ultimately submitted a formal offer for the player.
