The union is advocating for a 10% increase in salaries, which they propose to be implemented over the course of the next three seasons, starting from 2026. Lamarre stated that this demand for higher remuneration is ‘more than reasonable’ given the evolving demands and responsibilities placed upon Ligue 1 officials.
