molodoy Overcomes Travel Hurdles, Completes FURIA’s Roster for FISSURE Playground #1

Esports

Great news for fans anticipating FURIA Esports` performance: the Brazilian CS2 squad is officially set to compete with their full, intended roster at the FISSURE Playground #1 tournament. The confirmation comes as sniper Danil “molodoy” Golubenko successfully arrived in Belgrade, Serbia, resolving earlier concerns about his ability to reach the event location.

Golubenko had previously communicated via social media about significant travel complications he was facing while attempting to depart from Kazakhstan. Persistent flight cancellations created uncertainty regarding his timely arrival for the LAN event. This logistical challenge, a not-uncommon bane of international travel, proved particularly stressful given the tight schedule of professional esports tournaments. The issues even led to molodoy missing the initial media day sessions for FISSURE Playground #1, a minor but notable disruption in the pre-tournament activities.

However, the travel saga appears to have reached a positive conclusion. Reports indicate that molodoy has successfully navigated the complexities of international air travel and is now physically present in Serbia. His arrival ensures that FURIA will not require any last-minute roster changes or strategic adjustments, allowing them to field their complete starting five as planned for the competition.

FISSURE Playground #1 is scheduled to take place on LAN in Belgrade from July 15th to July 20th, 2025. The tournament is set to feature playoff matches played live at The Blue Hall with spectators in attendance. With molodoy now integrated with the team on site, FURIA can fully focus on preparing for their matches and bringing their best performance to the Serbian stage.
