Monaco Enters Race for Vanja Milinković-Savić

Football News

AS Monaco is actively seeking a new goalkeeper this summer, aiming to strengthen their options as neither Radosław Majecki (25) nor Philipp Köhn (27) have consistently impressed in goal since their arrival.

According to information obtained by Foot Mercato, Monaco`s ongoing search for a primary keeper has led them to initiate discussions with Serie A club Torino FC regarding a potential transfer for Serbian international Vanja Milinković-Savić (28).

The French source indicates a `concrete interest` from the Principality club. However, the player`s representatives are reportedly postponing a decision because several major European teams are also exploring goalkeeper options this summer, including prominent clubs such as Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, and AC Milan.

Foot Mercato estimates Milinković-Savić`s market value to be in the region of €18-20 million. Torino may, however, be open to a player exchange. Napoli is currently considered a strong contender for his signature and could potentially propose including forward Cyril Ngonge (25) as part of a deal.
