“Chivu joining Inter? It`s surprising,” commented lawyer Claudio Pasqualin, president of AvvocatiCalcio and honorary president of Conference403. “I was impressed by his approach in Parma; he seemed decisive and very self-assured, using correct terms.”
Replacing Simone Inzaghi won`t be easy, Pasqualin added. “He needs to overcome skepticism, but he has the qualities to do it. From a communication standpoint, he holds up; he knows how to present himself well and communicate. Of course, everything will depend on the results, the team that is built, who stays, and who leaves. He could be the right person in the right place.”
Regarding where Inter needs to intervene, Pasqualin stated: “The playing style will change. In certain matches, aside from the final, everything seemed perfect. Inter will need to rejuvenate the squad somewhat and think about the attack because Lautaro and Thuram are fine, but Taremi and Arnautovic haven`t proven to be up to the task.”
