On Saturday, July 5th, “The Whites” defeated Borussia Dortmund 3-2 in the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup. This match marked their 67th game of the 2024/25 season, setting a new club and national record. They surpassed their previous high of 66 matches played in the 2001/02 season.

Real Madrid has advanced to the tournament`s semi-finals, where they are scheduled to face PSG. The match is set for Wednesday, July 9th.
