Tamimou Ouorou on Ligue 1 clubs’ radar

Football News

After spending two full seasons in the United Arab Emirates, Beninese international Tamimou Ouorou appears poised for a potential move to European football. The 22-year-old defender is currently on the radar of two teams in France`s Ligue 1.

Now a free agent following the conclusion of his contract with Hatta Club, the Beninese right-back has reportedly drawn interest from Le Havre and Lens. Both Ligue 1 sides are understood to be searching for cost-effective defensive reinforcements during the current summer transfer period.

Hailing from Djougou in northern Benin, the former ASPAC player lacks prior playing experience on European pitches. However, his adaptable profile – capable of operating as a full-back on either flank or even centrally in defense – is considered highly appealing. His name is already circulating within Le Havre (HAC), where sporting director Mathieu Bodmer is said to have given his approval for a potential move.

This situation is certainly one to monitor, involving a diligent and modest talent who seems prepared to take a significant step forward in his career.
