Villarreal has officially announced that they have extended the contract of defender Carlos Romero. His new deal will keep him at the club until the summer of 2029.
The player spent the previous season on loan at Espanyol. During the 2024/25 campaign, Romero made 35 appearances, where he scored two goals and provided one assist.
