Thanks to a goal scored midway through the second half by the evergreen Edin Dzeko, Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated San Marino in their third match of the World Cup Qualifiers (Group H). This victory allows coach Barbarez`s team to continue their perfect run at the top of the group standings, maintaining a full nine points.

The former Inter and Roma forward, Dzeko, entered the match just four minutes before scoring, replacing Bazdar. During the second half, Muharemovic from Sassuolo also saw playing time, while Saric remained an unused substitute on the bench.
