It is anticipated that Bastoni will engage in discussions with Inter regarding his departure to Barcelona after the team secures the Scudetto, having previously rejected an offer from Liverpool.
Hansi Flick’s Approval is Key for Bastoni Deal
A surprising factor causing a delay in discussions with Inter is the stance of Hansi Flick. According to Catalan media, the German manager has not yet given his official go-ahead for the transfer. This information is corroborated by individuals close to both the player and the club. This delay might be attributed to timing, similar to Bastoni’s upcoming talks with Inter. Flick has reportedly postponed transfer discussions with Sporting Director Deco until after La Liga is secured.
